Payment Locations

There are 2 convenient locations in Storm Lake for you to pay your bill.

Payments may also be paid through Online Utility Billing. This is a "real time" system which means that as long as you make a payment during business hours, it will be credited to your account that same day.   You also have the option to enroll in AutoPay with a credit card or bank account. This system will also allow a customer to view their billing and consumption history, as well as receive the monthly bill by email.

  • You may pay inside City Hall 
  • You may use the drop box located in the City Hall parking lot.
