How do I get an item on the Council agenda?
In order for the Council to act on any item it must be on the Council agenda, which needs to be published at least 24 hours in advance of each Council meeting.

Items to be placed on the agenda are processed through the city clerk’s office and must be received by noon on the Wednesday prior to the Council meeting in which the item is to be discussed.

For more information or to see about getting an item on the agenda, please contact the city clerk.
