Driver’s licenses are issued in the Buena Vista County Treasurer’s Office, which is located on the first floor of the Buena Vista County Courthouse at 215 East Fifth Street, in Storm Lake.

Fines imposed by the court system, including speeding tickets, can be paid from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at the Buena Vista County Clerk of Court’s office:
