Breakfast With Santa will be held Saturday, December 16, 9-11 a.m. at King’s Pointe Resort. Enjoy a festive menu while the kids share their holiday wish list with St. Nick. Santa will be available to visit with the children until 10:45.
The event is free to attend. The meal includes pancakes with a toppings station, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, cereal, biscuits and gravy, fruit, and juice. Be sure to bring your camera to capture a magical moment.
As a special bonus, balloon artist extraordinaire Prof. Von Air will be on hand to make balloon creations for the kids.
Those attending will also have an opportunity to fill up Christmas stockings with a commemorative Storm Lake 150th ornament. The city has produced a limited edition of the ornaments, available for $5 each, with all the proceeds going to local non-profits Upper Des Moines Opportunity and Santa’s Castle.
Breakfast With Santa is the final special event in the City’s Sesquicentennial celebration, which has included an activity nearly every month through 2023.
