Storm Lake United, City of Storm Lake Tourism and the state Travel Iowa program are teaming up to offer a free workshop to help local businesses and attractions make the most of Storm Lake’s tourism appeal.
Stephanie Neppl, Tourism Liaison with the Iowa Tourism Office, will share information on how businesses, attractions, organizations and events in the Storm Lake area can utilize the state’s free marketing opportunities and tools to promote themselves to our potential visitors.
The workshops will be held Thursday, February 27 at King’s Pointe Resort and are free to participants. Two sessions are available – 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. For those who would like to attend, please RSVP to Storm Lake United, 732-3780.
