Storm Lake Proud Week is scheduled for May 4-10, 2025. Opportunities are available for everyone to get involved in a project of their choosing.
The Storm Lake Proud program began several years ago, as a campaign to encourage residents and groups to become involved in community beautification efforts.
“Storm Lake Proud Week is an excellent opportunity to join in community camaraderie and environmental stewardship,” said Storm Lake Mayor Mike Porsch. "Groups can sign up now for a park clean up or other particular project that fits for them, at a date or time that works for them. We hope lots of people join in as we unite for a cleaner, greener Storm Lake.
